Very friendly crew, and unlike the main Verizon store, not too busy. I rarely have to wait for service and the knowledgeable staff won't let you leave unhappy!
The rep Brian was just great I had 11 questions about my phone he took care of everyone of them , he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
I've never written a review for a place such as this but after numerous amazing experiences at this place this place deserves a great review. They take care of me by getting me into the right phone that fits my needs. I've went in several times with questions and they are quick, efficiant, and always make me feel important. These guys know their stuff better than any Verizon store I've been to. It is worth going to this store without any fear they will try to up sell you into product you don't need. Trust them.

GO TO THE ONE BY OAKDALE MALL!!! Service and polite. Looked up account and moved on successfully. No pin required. Driver's license was all that was required.
HORRIBLE!!!!!! Nothing like having a clerk start the B#### word at you by woman at 12 pm on 8 20 2016. Would not allow to get another phone on my account because didn't have my pin number with me.
