I like the workouts, but it isn't a very comfortable place. Also, I think that it is BS when they have to TRICK you to pay. There are so many rules, and if you don't know them, then you are charged. I think that is despicable business practice!
I would give it no stars if I could!
In response to that- I wanted to post anonymously. I am a current member, trying to cancel and it has been awful. I haven't received any emails indicating my membership has been canceled and was charged when I had called over a month ago to cancel. I will be letting the Better Business Bureau know about this as well.
Staff is fantastic and everyone is so friendly. Everyday is different and always a great workout. I leave feeling accomplished. :)
Great group of trainers and a nice clean facility. Very affordable and flexible hours as well!
