There are a lot of good people here, and there is a willingness to help others. After awhile it's easy to feel like you're part of a family.
Great school to learn applicable self defense skills and principles, get a great workout to stay in shape physically and mentally, and have fun doing it. Well trained professional staff. Positive friendly atmosphere. Great for adults and children.
Initially I was nervous because I was venturing into the unknown, but I have no regrets. One Tree Martial Arts taught me how to defend myself, but it also helped me grow as a person. I've become more confident, outgoing, disciplined, and capable since joining this school.

I love coming to One Tree Martial arts! I started here over 2 years ago, and I'm proud to say I've come so far. The instructors are very knowledgeable, they have learned from experience and are really encouraging, they are all great teachers. I've learned not only to become more flexible, and strong, but also to defend myself! The instruction is practical to every day, and also promotes higher learning and critical thinking. I would recommend this school to anyone. I'm 28, and I go with my husband John, martial arts isn't just for children, its a benefit to anyone willing to try.
