I was excited to start this, but now that I am doing it, super excited. Everyday gets better! Trainers who listen to you and encourage and push you. The women who come to camp with you are great, high five and encouraging. Best place.
Burn Boot Camp is what has been missing from my life. I have been a very active person up until back surgery 6 years ago. I have tried other activities but nothing gave me the adrenaline rush. From the first workout I was hooked. The energy in the room was amazing, the cushioned floor helped on my back and the trainers create exciting challenging workouts and modifications if needed. After 3 weeks in I"m looking forward to meeting my workout partners every day for 45 minutes of fun, encouragement and a lot of sparkling (aka sweating ). Loving every minute if it
There isn't much I would get up for every weekday at 4:30 am but Burn Boot Camp seriously is -- haven't missed a day yet (even Saturdays). The workouts are tough and the feeling after is exhilarating. The trainers, owners and fellow campers are AMAZING and supportive. Love Feelin' the Burn.
What a great team!!!! I didn't know what to expect and was skeptical. I have done a diet/ exercise program or 10, and quit as many as I have started. The trainers and other ladies are such a great support system. The plan is so individualized and you meet with the trainers as many times as you need. I haven't been hungry once, though I have had some (well earned) sore muscles. :) Thanks Elijah and Auggie!!!!!
Such a great experience! It’s expensive but well worth the money! So much encouragement and a great atmosphere to reach your goals!
