A welcoming facility with great trainers. A nice variety of equipment for any level of fitness. I love the variety of classes. I love finishing a class, feeling stronger!
I got started on my weight loss journey here in 2011 and haven't stopped going since! The gym is not intimidating or overcrowded. The staff is also super friendly and willing to answer questions. I highland recommend Trainer Tim. He is the best! Couldn't have done it without him.
I joined the Results Weight Loss program in June of 2014. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I lost a total of 112lbs in less than 7 months with the help of the Results Weight Loss program and the absolutely amazing wellness coaches and staff! I've continued to work out at Highland throughout the past 3+ years and have been able to keep the weight off! I've upgraded my gym membership to include HIIT and Semi Private classes (all other yoga, spin, body pump, etc.... classes are included in the normal membership) and I've been able to improve my cardio fitness and strength tremendously! I've never been healthier or happier! Cheers to Highland Fitness!
I am loving the HIIT classes I started a few weeks ago! This place is great and keeps me motivated. The staff is AMAZING!
The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is always happy and willing to help you out. Love the free towel service, HIIT room, big facility and I never have to wait for equipment! Love Highland's philosophy and crew! Also, the personal trainers and group fitness instructors make fitness fun and are not like any other gym I have been to!
