So apparently lifetime resizing doesn't mean a thing. I can't have my ring resized to the size it STARTED AT because they need to add more gold to it??? What did you do with the gold you took off of it to make it smaller before?! I don't have $400+ to throw at this. I'll just not wear my wedding ring anymore. Thanks for nothing.
The manager Lauren went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service for me. A stone fell out of my engagement ring right before my wedding and she made it possible and got it fixed for me in time for the big day. Also I've worked with Brandon in purchasing a wedding band and he provided very helpful advice and was a joy to work with as well. Thank you!!
Went in (for the second time in 4 months) because I lost a diamond(for the second time in 4 months) The lady pretty much told me to never wear my ring because it breaks down the ring. Okay? So my fiancé paid $3,000 for what? For me to keep it on my end table? No! Don't tell me that I need to not wear it when it's a $3,000 ring and it should have the quality to withhold many activities! She was like lecturing me on how I should not wear it that much. What the point of having it then!? Poor service!
