Great service until you buy then only when led to believe I would buy again was serviced resumed. Recently bought a ring from them and was very dissatisfied with the promised quality and what if ended being. It was most definitely changed or moved because the diamond has a noticable marking even after cleaning which was not there at purchase and was noticed after returning from being resized. I was put off initially then after trying to work around the owners schedule when talk of buying a band was brought up the service was magically restored. Very dissatisfied and would recommend other people to be careful.
