Rude, we used her before, seemed Great at first, second time I used her, we had to drive to her home, a little home, but we were happy, third time I sent my wife's ring to her only to be greeted with an ultra high price, and I asked if it was worth fixing, she told me to do my own research if the ring was worth it, just Plain out right rude, I said you do appraisals, andethought she could at least give us an idea if it was worth it or not, she wanted to charge me $100, to appraise it..I said I don't need an appraisal just if it was worth it since I bought it years ago at a good price. By the way she fixed the same problem before, so thinking it was shoddy work in the first place, maybe that's why.. but now wants to send it back per her cost to get rid of me I guess...I was willing to pay the fee, just wanted to know if she thought it was worth it or not, don't tell me to go out and do my research, your a certified gemologist for pete's sake, and makes rings for a living? just a blow off...am i'm the one blowed off...
I am very impressed with Jacqueline Renee as a jeweler. Jacki soldered my engagement ring and wedding band together last year with a very quick turn around time! I was hesitant to give up my beautiful ring to many of the local jewelry shops that would have shipped my ring out and taken at least 10 days to two weeks to return it to me. I couldn't have been without it for that long!
She also was able to repair a detailed bracelet for me. I can't wait to work with her again!
