Not only are they rude, but they still have not returned our security deposit.
We love our house through cvpm. After we moved in they came and took care of the issues I had with the property within 24 hours. I have never had any but positive interaction with them. Their maintenance guys are hilarious and very respectful. I think it's important to remember they manage these properties for other people. They don't own them and can't proceed with anything on a property without the owners permission.

Falsely advertised a house for sale as a rental house. Wasted a lot of time and money. They should be sued.

These folks do not promptly return calls from property owners or proactively manage the property. I would give less than one star if I could for the well below expectations business service they provide. Then after telling me they did not want to represent my property due to issues it had which I had resolved, they made a low ball offer to buy my property. Save yourself some aggravation and frustration, and choose someone else to manage your property. This company is the worst company that I have ever done business with in my entire life and that is a understatement.
The house we rented was moldy and had multiple problems. It failed 3 health inspections from the county health dept during our time there (less than 6 months), yet they still refused to return our security deposit. We are in the process of taking them to small claims court. Rather then trying to negotiate with us, they are trying to retaliate. Maybe you'll get lucky and rent a good house from them, but I say, "Renters beware."
