Overall Excellent Experience. Extreme professional that understands the market, current trends and demands of the market are brought to the table. I would be comfortable as a buyer or seller if going through Mary and her team. You will get honest feedback and timely responses to inquiries. If I still lived in the area, she'd be my realtor without a doubt. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. Sure, you can go the broker route and perhaps pay less up front but you are risking much more at the end of the sale costs by not going with Mary and her team. Penny wise and a pound foolish.
