The landlord has always been more than reasonable with us and his employees are always available and go above and beyond their duties!

Landlord was very pleasant and responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Maintenance was always completed within a reasonable amount of time. Overall great rental agency and we enjoyed our rental property
I've been renting from General Property Management for over 3 years. Their communication and accessibility are great - all inquiries or requests are addressed almost immediately and maintenance is performed quickly. The building is clean and well maintained. Owner and staff are always pleasant. Even after I move on, I'll recommend GPM!
General property was excellent for us. We had them for a year and a half. Anytime we had an issue with our house they had maintenance come out within 24 hours to fix ANY issue. John and Morgan and General Property are highly recommended.
