Very affordable rent. The buildings are nice and renovated. If you have a problem, they are only a text away and are very helpful. We got a treat bag for Halloween, a turkey for Thanksgiving, and puppy chow for Christmas. They are a wonderful real estate agency to work with! Highly recommend!
In my experience, the best company to rent from. The Oxbow villas are clean, maintained, and the staff is always cheery and helpful. Rent is paid online which is so much easier to do, and maintenance requests are also submitted online and done in a timely manner! (:
Live In Eau Claire provides a great rental experience! The office staff is always smiling and friendly, and ready to help. Maintenance requests are submitted online (convenient and easy) and the few things we've needed have always been taken care of in a timely manner. I've been happy with the 2 years I've rented from them, and am looking forward to a 3rd!
The employees at Live in Eau Claire are always polite and willing to help me if I have an issue. If I contact maintenance, they usually stop by in a timely manner. When my apartment started being showed to possible tenants, the managers allowed me to set my own times, so I could be home during the showings. Overall, the people who work here are great and try their hardest to maintain a proper building for their tenants. The actual tenants can be a bit loud at times (mostly after finals and during football games), but it is manageable, and if it's not the managers are good about asking tenants to keep it down.
