We bought property from them at the first of the year they showed us a map that said there was about 5 acres out of 40 that were wet lands and then a couple months ago when I went and got a map from the county it said about 30 acres of it was in wet lands also they did not tell us the right amount on the taxes

I am writing this review as a token of our appreciation to Jody for all she did and won't even get close to ever repaying her.

My agent, Tom took me for a fool when I listed my property with him. I didn't not share with him my background in real estate. From the start Tom wasn't working for me but in his best interest or the buyers. I have several documented (email & text) conversations where I stated conditions of the sale which he ignored . My biggest mistake was trusting Tom. When closing came my conditions that were clearly stated to Tom weren't complied with costing me over a $1k.
From questions, advice, searching out information, going above and beyond to finding answers for whatever we inquired about, Jody researched each request. Given my property was only a $56,000 transaction he wanted this done fast because the commission was low. When I confronted Tom at closing he became anger and had to ask him several time to watch his language in front of title company personal and myself. When asked how he was going to correct HIS mistake he refused to fix with his commission. This is a sign of an agent EVERYONE should stay away from. An agent out for himself and not his client is the last agent anyone should choose. His broker needs to have a serious talk with this agent.
I've done over 50+ real estate transactions and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had to date.
