My husband and I rented an apartment at the Westwind Apartment building through foxboro. Our apartment itself was nice and the building was well kept. We did have some communication trouble with the main office when it came to ending our lease. There was information that we were unaware of when we were showing our place that would have been very helpful for the applicants. It was hard to get anyone to return my phone calls and to answer my questions while I was looking for applicants. They also charge for every little thing when you break you lease. Our experience at the end of our lease was not as pleasant as we would have hoped.
Foxboro was an awesome company to rent from. The apartment building that I lived in was kept clean. Maintenance within the unit was completed promptly. The outdoor facilities were managed well (snow removal, lawn mowing, etc...). All of the office staff was more than friendly when it came to any questions I may have had. I plan to recommend them to any friends in the area that are searching for a friendly and reliable rental company. Well done Foxboro!
seriously these people are PHENOMENAL!!!! they were patient, understanding, willing to work with me and looked past my past that so blighted me....they chose to give me every chance possible and make me cry with their willingness to go above and beyond. Carrie and Kayla...these 2 women have been a heaven sent and deserve this recognition. they will never truly know how much it means to me for all they have done for myself and my children. valuable pieces to the Foxboro Property Management puzzle right there!!!!! When i needed the chance they did everything they could to make sure i was given it. THANK YOU from myself and my children. we couldn't thank you enough to be honest

Foxboro Properties is a breeze to work with! I have rented two separate apartments with them, the first one was too large for just me and I decided I wanted to look for a smaller apartment before the end of my lease. The staff was beyond helpful when it came to ending the lease at my first apartment early, finding replacement tenants for that apartment, and getting me into a smaller and more affordable apartment that was just as nice as the first. Maintenance has never been an issue at either location, not many things go wrong, but if it does, they're there to do quick and quality work.
Foxboro was great to me. I recently bought a house and needed to break the lease. They were very helpful in getting the apartment filled and had an easy lease break option that worked perfectly for me. I had no issues with Foxboro and my entire security deposit was returned to me. I would recommend Foxboro to anyone looking for places to live in the Eau Claire area.
