If there is 0 Stars, that is what I would give this company. Group of scammers and rip offs. You will never pay what a place is advertised for by the time you get your deposit it will be subtracted for xyz charges.Screw them before they screw you by taking your business elsewhere. Avoid at all cost. Read the rest of reviews if you don't believe me.

Investment Realty will find any reason possible to suck money from your security deposit. They do not want you to clean carpets so they can be "proffessionally" cleaned by them, and if you have 1 spot on your carpet you will be charged. They charge you for missing light bulbs when they never had the house fully lit to begin with. If you contest any costs given on your statement, they will simply state that they are final.
They don't work around your schedule. They will show up and come in whenever. You call for them to come fix something sometime takes months but when you have a mold problem they jump on that the same day because from what I have learned they can get sued for a mold problem.
Unless you are an obsesive compulsive cleaner, expect to spend time in small claims court.
Investment realty is a horrible place to rent from because they have no consideration for their tenants. They take months to even come by and look at problems that need to be fixed and then a few more weeks to come back and actually fix it. The people are rude and unhelpful. The people at Investment choose the worst, cheapest fixes even if they have to re-fix it over and over again. Don't rent from them!!
