In 2014 myself and my partner were searching for a new place to call home. So many other rental agencies declined us, wanting to rent to families. I have 4 son's and my partner has no children. We were at the end of our rope. Then we meet these amazing people and got the first place we looked at!! It's been almost 4 years now we've been with them and I won't rent from anyone else!! This agency has been wonderful to MY family!!!!!

This is the best rental company I have gone through and their places are updated and nice! They also worked with me when I had roommate issues; as long as you pay on time, keep a clean home, and don't disturb your neighbors, there shouldn't be issues. They are very prompt on fixing maintenance issues and always give notice before entry. I HIGHLY recommend renting from this company!
Super tenant friendly company! They offer a super user friendly website to find new rentals, pay rent online, set up automatic payments, and create maintenance requests. They send out regular bulletins by email to keep all tenants informed and up-to-date on upcoming events. My apartment building is cleaned regularly in all "common" areas. Excellent company and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great rental agency.
Riverbend is a top notch property management company. We rent a home through them and if and when we had any issues with the home they were right there to take care of it. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would be a clean responsible tenant. We plan on staying in our rental for a long time.
